YourPCM is focusing on the real heroes of the UK economy in April 2023: owners of the smallest businesses!
What this means in practice is that your Goto Market strategy focuses your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), you write a short story in support of that (Manifesto) then all your messaging for the month (West End Show) is purely about that.
So, for the Month of April 2023:
Our Ideal Customer Profile is self-employed individuals, solo entrepreneurs and the smallest of businesses, who usually work Business to Business, and use a spreadsheet, notebook or business card book to keep track of their customers and clients.
They use a computer day-to-day rather than staring at their phones although they like to be well-organised, they're busy, so haven't got around to investing in a proper contact database, or have had bad experiences with CRMs before that's put them off.
The short version of our Manifesto is: "In these challenging times, the smallest businesses are the true heroes, driving our economy forward despite rising costs and economic uncertainty.
To not only survive but thrive, it's crucial for them to be agile, efficient, and connected. At YourPCM, we recognise the unique challenges faced by these valiant entrepreneurs and are committed to empowering them with innovative tools and unwavering support for their growth journey."
And our West End Show includes images and messaging in support of our Manifesto, targeted to our Ideal Customer Profile. We'll be promoting just our Administrator package in April (which is the database only) available at just £14.99 per month.
We'll be writing blog posts on YourPCM and making shares on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. I'll also adjust my networking intro to talk about our ICP and the challenges they face and why YourPCM is the perfect choice for them.
So, there you go ... nice and simple ... YourPCM's Goto Market Strategy for April 2023. This was inspired by SaaS guru TK Kader on YourTube so if you're starting a SaaS business and want to know more about how to go about it, then TK is someone worth listening to.
